摘要
介绍了鞍钢新3号高炉铜冷却壁特点、开炉初期全焦冶炼过程采取的一些措施以及开炉以后上下部调剂的操作经验,并制定出铜冷却壁区域温度标准,提出保持适当的边缘煤气流以及中限炉温是薄炉衬结构高炉强化冶炼的关键。
This paper describes the copper cooling stave characteristics of Angang New No. 3 BF, some measures adopted during smelting totally with coke at the initial stage of starting - up and operation practices adjusting at the top and bottom after starting - up, draws temperature standard for copper cooling stave zone, points out retaining suitable coal gas flow at the edge and temperature at middle limitation are the keys to strengthen smelting for BF with thin furnace lining.
