摘要
办学特色是高职院校生存和发展的主要体现，对于刚刚更名的河南科技学院来说，凸显其办学特色的关键是有一个科学、准确的定位，创建有较高声望的名牌专业，不断扩大和巩固“四双工程”的成果，深化科学研究，以科研促特色。
The running college with characteristics is the mainly manifests of colleges＂ development. Henan institute of Science and Technology which just changed the name in order to prominent its characteristics,must definite a science and accurate localization, found the name brands, expant the achievement of ＂four pair of projects＂ , deeoen scientific research to press the characteristics.
