摘要
用便携式全自动光合测定系统测定蜡梅属的蜡梅(Chimonanthus praecox)、浙江蜡梅(C.zhejiangensis)和柳叶蜡梅(C.salicifolius)夏冬季的光合特性。对三个物种夏季和冬季的最大光合速率、光补偿点、光饱和点、净光合速率、羧化效率、气孔传导力、水分利用效率和叶绿素含量的变化进行比较。结果表明,三物种均属典型的耐阴植物,其中蜡梅的耐阴性强于另两种,冬季三物种的耐阴性有所降低。
The photosynthetic characteristics of Chimonanthus praecox, C zhejiangensis and C salicifolius in summer and winter were measured. The transformation of the maximum net photosynthetic rate, light compensation point, light saturation point, the net photosynthesis rate, carboxylation efficiency, stomatal conductance, water use efficiency and the chlorophyll content between in summer and in winter were compared. The results showed that C. praecox, C. zhejiangensis and C salicifolius all belonged to typical shade-tolerance species and the capacity of shade-tolerance in C praecox was higher than those of C zhejiangensis and C salicifolius, and the capacities of the three species in summer were higher than those in winter.
