略论《逍遥游》中“尧与许由”形象

An Explanation of the Characters Yao and Xuyou in An Account of a Carefree Journey

《逍遥游》中尧与许由形象出现了多次,庄子对尧与许由形象其实寄寓着特殊的内涵。联系整部《庄子》,可以看出在书中尧并不是作为仁德之君来刻画,许由的形象也不仅是"圣人无名"的注解。尧与许由形象,是《庄子》中艺术化的形象,他们与《逍遥游》的主题有密切的关系,庄子的本意是用他们来说明"小大之辨"与"有待与无待"之关系。

The characters of Yao and Xuyou can be seen many times in An Account of a Carefree Journey, in fact, Chuang Tzu expressed special connotation through the character Yao and Xuyou. Reviewing the whole book Chuang Tzu, we can see Yao is not regarded as a kind emperor, and the character Xuyou is not only an explanation of ＂Saint is nameless＂. The characters of Yao and Xuyou are artistic characters in Chuang Tzu, they are tightly associated with the theme of An Account of a Carefree Journey. The original idea of Zhuzi is to explain the relationship of ＂the debate between smallness and bigness＂ and ＂dependency and no dependency ＂.
