摘要
针对天生桥一级水电站水轮机导叶接力器锁锭装置多次发生卡涩、憋劲、撞击现象,严重影响机组的安全运行,在综合分析原因的基础上介绍了对该装置进行全面技术改造的情况。经过运行时间的考验,证实改造后的新锁锭装置在确保机组安全运行中取得了较好的运行效果。
Based on the comprehensive analyses on the phenomena and relevant causes of a guide vane servomotor's locking device of a hydraulic turbine, such as jamming, restraint and percussion, resulting in severe effects on the safe operation of a generating unit, the paper tried to make an introduction to the integrated technical reforms on them, which passed the operational test. It proved that the reformed locking devices are an assurance of safe and efficient operation.
