浅议高职院校学生心理健康教育

Research on Mental Health Education of students in Institute of Technology

我国高校心理健康教育经历了从起步、发展到提高的二十多年探索发展历程。总结过去二十年实践,按照党和政府关于加强和改进高校心理健康教育工作的意见精神,建构我国高职院校学生心理健康教育模式必须坚持:在教育理念上,要把面向全体学生、提高广大学生心理素质作为着眼点;在发展要求上,要坚持走专业化发展的道路;在工作体系上,坚持"服务、教学、研究"三位一体;在师资力量上,要建设一支稳定高素质的教师队伍;在组织机构上,要形成多层次结合的心理健康教育工作网络。建构高职院校学生心理健康教育的科学模式,目前亟待解决三个基本问题:切实重视大学生心理健康教育工作,建立健全机构、加大人员配备和经费投入力度,加强心理卫生普及教育、建立危机预防与干预机制。

Mental Health Education in Chinese university has experienced over twenty years＇ exploring stage from the start, the development and the improvement.Summing up the past 20 years practice, in accordance with the party and the government on strengthening and improving the mental health of college education work in the spirit of the students in Institute of Technology, building the mental health education model must adhere to： in educational ideas, focus on improving the psychological quality for all students; in developmental requirement, persist in taking the road of professional development; in working system, adhere to the trinity of ＂service, teaching, research＂; in the teacher resource, build a stable high-quality teacher structure; in the organization, form to combine multiple levels of mental health education network. To build scientific models on Mental Health Education in students of Institute of Technology, three basic questions yet to be resolved： pay more attention to college students＇ mental health education; establish complete organization; increase staffing and funding input; establish the mechanisms of crisis prevention and intervention.
