摘要
在浙江丽水种植雷公藤、雷公藤F、昆明山海棠等雷公藤属植物全分布区种质,分别调查其2年生、3年生无性系植株根系生物量、根系条数、最大根粗度与长度,并分别按种、类型与种源进行统计比较,结果表明,在同一地点栽植,雷公藤属植物种间、类型间根系生长存在显著差异,雷公藤产量显著高于雷公藤F,雷公藤F显著高于昆明山海棠;雷公藤、雷公藤F两个类型以丽水及其周边种源生长最好,说明在丽水及类似地区发展雷公藤药材基地应优先选用丽水种源,在低海拔山地应优先选用典型雷公藤。
Tripterygium wilfordii, T. wilfordii F ( temporarily a type )and T. hypoglaucum clones were planted in Lishui, Zhejiang province for investigation of relationship between gerrnplasm and root yield and for selection of high yield and elite cultivars. Investigation on root biomass, number of root, the length and thickness of the biggest root of 2 and 3-year clones resulted that there were significant differences among either species or types in root length and root yield.The yield of T. wilfordii was significantly higher than that of T. wilfordii F followed by that of T. hypoglaucum. T. wilfordii and T. wilfordii F from the provenance of Lishui had the best growth. The result showed that the local provenance would recommended to be selected for root production and typical T.wilfordii for hilly land at low altitude.
