摘要
以林木害虫舞毒蛾为实验材料,分别用不同剂量的γ射线照射舞毒蛾虫卵,观察照射后虫卵孵化率的变化情况,并对其致死剂量进行研究,实验表明:用γ射线辐照处理的虫卵的孵化率比对照组低,辐照剂量超过200 Gy时,孵化率急剧下降,辐照生物效应明显,且随着γ射线辐照剂量增大,死亡率有明显上升的趋势。
Experiment on Lymantria dispar eggs radiated by different γ-ray dose showed that hatching rate of treated eggs was lower than that of the control ( natunal hatching ) , when γ-ray reached 200 Gy, the hatching rate decreased sharply. Study was also made on the lethal dose.
