摘要
以现代设计理论与现代设计方法为基础,基于CATIA软件实现SWL型十字轴式万向联轴器结构的三维造型、装配、干涉分析、有限元分析、工程图设计一体化,使设计、分析、试验和制造过程中的所有工作能同时完成,用数字化形式代替传统的实物联轴器实验,这将大大简化联轴器的设计开发过程,提高产品质量与竞争力,获得最优化和创新的设计产品。
It is based on the modern design theory and the method, and realize 3D modeling, ssembly, crash analysis,finite element analysis and drafting design of SWL type cross-axle universal shaft coupling based on CATIA software. It makes all work in the process of design, analysis, experiment and manufacture complete at the same time, and substitutes digital form for traditional physical shaft coupling experiments. This simplifies design process of shaft coupling greatly, improves the product competitive ability and quality, and obtains the optimal and creative design product.
