Study and Manufacture of the Special Automatic Surface Welding Machine

设计了挤压辊自动堆焊专机系统。详细阐述了滚轮架、主轴浮动卡盘和侧挂滑车立柱与悬臂升降机构等各部分的结构及关键点,并根据堆焊专机动作特点设计了控制系统。经现场试验表明,该系统运行可靠,生产效率高。

The system of the special automatic surface welding machine for squeeze roll is designed in this paper. The structure and key-points of roller carrier, floating chuck of main arbor, upright column and cantilever for welding machine are illustrated. Control system is designed according to the movement of special automatic surface welding machine. Test shows that the system can work reliably and effectively.
