摘要
文中利用经典控制理论对重型数控机床进给系统建立数学模型,并采用动力学仿真软件-ADAMS(Automatic Dynamic Analysis of Mechanical System)对模型进行仿真。在此基础之上比较了进给系统发生爬行现象和正常运行时的仿真结果。
Using classic control theory, this article establishes mathematical model for heavy NC machine tool feed system, and applies advanced software-ADAMS(Automatic Dynamic Analysis of Mechanical System)to simulation of the model. Based on this, the article compares the feed system simulation result of steady state with that of creeping state.
