摘要
大天区面积多目标光纤光谱天文望远镜(LAMOST)由Schmidt改正板、焦面机构和球面主镜三部分组成.焦面机构由焦面板及其支撑桁架和回转机构组成.首先介绍了焦面板及其支撑桁架的结构形式,阐述了焦面板与支撑桁架、桁架与旋转轴(回转机构一部分)的联结设计,然后分析了焦面板系统在安装调试阶段以及在工作状态的各种不利工况,最后检验了联结件在各种不利的极限情况下的安全状态,并给出联结件的设计安全裕度.
LAMOST is composed of Schmidt correction board, focal system and spherical surface main mirror. The focal system consists of rotation structure, focal plate and support truss. The construction of focal plate and its support of LAMOST were introduced firstly. The coupling design of the focal plate and its support as well as the support truss and the rotation shaft were presented. Various unfavorable factors were discussed in the situations of preliminary testing or the working state of the focal plate and its support truss. The safety status of the coupling parts was checked in every limit unfavorable factors and the safety margin of coupling parts was given.
