摘要
LAMOST光纤定位单元采用的是双回转结构,每个光纤定位单元由两个步进电机驱动.采用虚拟仪器技术对LAMOST光纤定位装置中的步进电机群进行多通道在线监测,实现了步进电机系统绕组电流的多通道同步采集显示与分析,并运用聚类分析原理对步进电机的运行状态进行判别,以便在电机的运转出现异常时给出相应的处理措施.由此不仅可以缩短系统的故障修复时间,还能提高系统的维护效率.
LAMOST (large sky area multi-object fiber spectroscopy telescope) consists of 4 000 double revolving optical fiber positioning units. Each optical fiber positioning unit is controlled by two stepping motors. Utilizing virtual instrument technology, the multi-channel data acquisition, display and analysis were realized. At the same time, clustering analysis principle was used to recognize the states of the stepping motors, on the basis of which corresponding methods were provided when the stepping motors were running abnormally. The multi-channel testing of the stepping motor system under LabVIEW's environment enhances systemic maintenance efficiency.
