摘要
报道来源于台湾北蕉田间芽变体的香蕉新品系"热蕉11号"在香蕉种质资源圃中所表现的生物学特性。观测和分析结果表明:1、假茎高度比巴西蕉略低而比北蕉略高、围度则大于巴西蕉和北蕉,株型表现为粗壮、叶片宽大较紧密。2、产量高于巴西蕉和北蕉;果型外观漂亮整齐、大小适宜,果实主要营养成分指标含量也高于巴西蕉和北蕉,内在品质较好。3、叶片POD同工酶谱带有13条,"热蕉11号"多了1条强谱带4,缺乏谱带5,这说明与巴西蕉和北蕉比较,有明显遗传上差异的可能性。
It was reported on the main cultivar's characteristics in field gene bank of the new banana strain ‘Rejiao No.11' which had been obtained from the bud mutation of ‘Beijiao'at Zhangzhou,Fujian,China.The result of observation indicated that:1)The plant of ‘Rejiao No.11' was sturdy,which leaves were bigger but close together.The pseudostem was higher than ‘Beijiao',but lower than ‘Baxijiao'.The circumference of the pseudostemin was the biggest among the three strains.2)Both the yield and the major nutrition contents of the fruit of 'Rejiao No.11'were the highest among the three strains.The fruit was the most regular and beautiful and had the the best quality as well.3)Though there were 13 enzyme bands of POD isozyme in all the strains of the banana,it had the possibility of the evident difference in the genetics among the three as ‘Rejiao No.11' had the strong enzyme zone No 4 but lacked the zone No 5 comparatively.
