0.5%盐酸左旋丁萘酮心安对青光眼治疗的临床观察

A clinical observation on 0.5% levobunolol in treatment of glaucoma

观察了β－受体阻滞剂——０．５％盐酸左旋丁萘酮心安（ｌｅｖｏｂｕｎｏｌｏｌ）滴眼液对开角性青光眼及高眼压症等滴药前后的临床效果。１７例３３只眼作１滴药８小时观察，其中９例１８只眼作每日二次连续点药１周及４周的观察。结果表明滴药后３～６小时出现降压高峰，１滴药作用持续８小时以上，１周及４周连续点药能维持较低眼压状态。对血压及脉搏无明显影响。无全身和局部明显不良反应。对青光眼长期局部用药安全有效。

A single drop test of 0.5% levobunolol, a new beta adrenergic blocker, was performed on 17 patients 33 eyes with primary open angle glaucoma and ocular hypertension, of which 9 patients 18 eyes were adminstered twice daily for 1 week and 4 weeks consecutively. Observations showed that intraocular pressure(IOP) decreased significantly during 3～6 hours after instillation. A single drop could lower IOP for 8 hours and consecutive instillation for 1 week and 4 weeks could keep IOP in low level. No obvious ocular or systemic adverse reactions were observed.
