核心蛋白聚糖与肿瘤基因治疗的研究现状 被引量:1

摘要 核心蛋白聚糖(decorin,DCN)是一种细胞外基质成份,是蛋白多糖家族中富含亮氨酸的小分子组份,具有多种生物活性。DCN表达的水平在大多数细胞中都较低.但在肿瘤组织周围基质中显著升高,这可能是机体对抗肿瘤细胞侵袭的一种自然的生物学反应。大量研究发现DCN无论在体外过度表达或在体内作为重组蛋白均可以抑制不同组织来源的肿瘤细胞的生长。近年来在国外DCN已成为肿瘤学研究领域的热点,国内关于DCN抗肿瘤的研究除本课题组外未见相关报道。本文将有关DCN基因治疗肿瘤的研究综述如下。
