普卢利沙星对呼吸道和泌尿道感染病原菌的体外抗菌活性分析 被引量：1

摘要 普卢利沙星（pmlinoxacin，PRU）为第四代喹诺酮类产品，由日本新药公司和明治制果公司共同研发成功，于2002年7月获准在日本上市。该药在化学结构工作了重要改变，在C-2位上引入硫原子，因而除了保持第三代喹诺酮如诺氟沙星、环丙沙星、洛美沙星、氧氟沙星等的抗菌谱广、抗菌活性强、组织渗透性好等优点外，抗菌谱进一步扩大到衣原体、支原体等病原体，
