摘要
目的探讨高中生的自我概念与心理健康的关系。方法用田纳西自我概念量表(TSCS)和症状自评量表(SCL-90)对120名高中生进行测量。结果高中生的自我概念与心理健康呈显著正相关,对心理健康影响较大的是生理自我、社会自我和自我批评。结论培养积极的自我概念有利于提高高中生的心理健康水平。
Objective To explore the relationship between the self-concept and the mental health of senior middle school students. Methods 120 senior middle school students were tested by Tennessee Self-Concept Scale (TSCS) and Symptom Checklist -90 (SCL-90). Results A positive correlation existed between the self-concept and the mental health of senior middle school students. The top three factors influencing mental health were physical self, social self and self-critlclsm. Conclusion Cultivating positive self-concept can help to improve the mental health of senior middle school students.
