帕罗西汀合并氯氮平治疗精神分裂症阴性症状疗效分析

Efficacy of Paroxetine and Clozapine in the Treatment of Negative Symptoms of Schizophrenia

目的观察帕罗西汀合并氯氮平治疗精神分裂症阴性症状的疗效和副反应。方法将80例以阴性症状为主的精神分裂症病人分为两组,A组为帕罗西汀合并氯氮平治疗组,B组为单用氯氮平治疗组作为对照组,采用阴性症状量表(SANS)评定临床症状,用副反应评定量表(TESS)评定不良反应;护土用住院病人观察量表(NOSIE)评定病人的积极和消极因素。分别在患者治疗前、治疗2、4、8、12周末进行评定。结果A组在治疗2周末开始SANS评分较B组即有显著下降,治疗8周后,SANS评分下降更加明显,NOSIE评分A组治疗后总消极分降低,总积极分上升,与B组有显著差异。治疗后4、8、12周末TESS评分,A组低于B组,且治疗后低于治疗前,均有显著差异。结论帕罗西汀合用氯氮平能有效改善精神分裂症患者的阴性症状。

Objective To investigate the efficacy and side effects of paroxetine and clozapine in the treatment of negative symptoms of schizophrenia. Methods 80 schizophrenia with negative symptoms were randomly divided into two group, A was the combination group, B was clozapine group. SANS, TESS and NOSIE were used to evaluate clinical symptom, side effects, positive and negative factor before and after 2, 4, 8, 12 weeks treatment. Results 2 weeks, 8 weeks treatment, the scores of SANS, NOSIE had significant difference between the two group （P〈0.05, P〈0.01）, 4 weeks, 8 weeks, 1 2 weeks after treatment, the scores of Tess had significant difference between the Group A and Group B. Conclusion There was better efficacy of combination of paroxetine and clozapin＇e in the treatment of negative symptoms of schizophrenia.
