Positive Psychology——A New Perspective Of College Student's Mental Health Education

目的探讨积极心理学与心理健康教育相结合的必要性,提倡两者的结合。方法查阅文献,对消极心理学影响下高校心理健康教育的误区及积极心理学的研究成果进行比较分析。结果积极心理学与高校心理健康教育的结合具有现实的必要性和理论上的可能性。结论积极心理学是高校心理健康教育开展的新视角,开展积极的心理健康教育具有很大的应用前景。

Objective Discuss the necessity of the combination of positive psychology and mental health education. Methods On the basis of literature review this article analyzed the mistakes of college student＇s mental health education and the advances of positive psychology. Results There were empirical necessity and theoretical probability for the combination of positive psychology and mental health education. Conclusion Positive psychology is a new perspective of college mental health education and promising.
