新兵自我概念在应对方式和心理健康间的中介效应

The Mediating Effects of Self-Concept on the Relationship Between Coping Style and Mental Healthy

目的探讨自我概念在新兵应对方式和心理健康之间的中介作用。方法运用田纳西自我概念量表,应对方式量表和临床症状自评量表对1110名新兵进行调查,数据通过中介检验程序进行分析。结果积极应对方式(问题解决和求助维度)通过自我概念影响新兵心理健康。结论新兵自我概念在积极的应对方式与心理健康中间起完全中介作用。通过培养新兵的自我概念进而培养新兵积极的应对方式,能提高新兵的心理健康水平。

Objective To explore the mediating effects of self-concept on the relationship between coping style and mental health. Methods 1110 recruits were selected and Tennessee Self -Concept Scale（TSCS）, Coping style questionnaire and Symptom checklist 90（SCL-90） were adopted to evaluate the recruits self-concept, Coping style, mental health. Results Positive coping style affected recruits＇ mental health by self-concept. Conclusion By Improving self-concept, we can improve the recruits＇ positive coping style then improve mental health level.
