系统家庭治疗对精神分裂症患者生活质量的影响

Influence of systemic family treatment on the quality of life in schizophrenic patients

目的:评估精神分裂症患者系统家庭治疗的临床疗效及对生活质量的影响。方法:将100例精神分裂症患者随机分成两组,各50例,联合治疗组使用抗精神病药物治疗合并系统家庭治疗,单纯药物组仅使用抗精神病药物治疗,疗程24个月。分别采用阳性与阴性症状量表(PANSS)、生活质量综合评定问卷(GQOLI)评估临床疗效和生活质量。结果:联合治疗组治疗后PANSS评分显著降低,GQOLI评分总分、心理健康维度分显著升高。单纯药物组量表分无显著改变。结论:系统家庭治疗能够减轻精神分裂症患者的精神症状和改善其生活质量。

Objective：To evaluate the clinical efficacy of systemic family treatment for schizophrenia and its influence on the quality of life. Method： 100 patients with schizophrenia were randomly dMded into combined treatment group （ n = 50） and drug treatment group （ n = 50）. Patients in combined treatment group were treated by antipsychotics with systemic family treatment, while antipsychotics only for patients in drug treatment group for 24 months. The clinical efficacy was evaluated by positive and negative symptom scale （PANSS） and the quality of life was assessed by general quality of life inventory （GQOLI）. Results： The total score of PANSS decreased and the total score of GQOLI and its sub-score of psychological healthy dimension increased significantly in patients of combined treatment group after treatment, however there were no changes in patients of drug treatment group. Conclusion： Systemic family treatment can alleviate psychotic symptoms of schizophrenia and improve their quality of life.
