Establishment of Open Collaborative Guarantee System for Documentation Resources

在介绍文献资源协同保障起源和我国图书馆文献资源协同保障发展历史的基础上,分析了我国现有文献资源协同保障体系的不足、NSTL的成功经验和开放式协同保障对我国图书馆事业发展的影响,提出了文献资源开放式协同保障体系的建设目标和若干措施。

This paper analyzes the existing shortage of collaborative guarantee system for documentation resources in China, the successful experience of NSTL and the influence of open collaborative guarantee system to the Chinese libraries on the basis of introducing the origination and history of collaborative guarantee system for documentation resources in China. In the end, the paper gives some suggestion on the aim and measures for the development of open collaborative guarantee system for documentation resources.
