摘要
文艺工作必须面向基层,面向群众。文艺工作者面向基层、面向群众,必须要解决以人为本、关注三个群体的文化需求以及文艺创作、人才制度建设等方面存在的问题。
Literary and artistic work must cater to both grass root units and the mass by the solution to such three problems as people-first, cultural requirement and creation and the construction of talented person system.
