摘要
劳资关系的和谐是构建和谐社会的基本要素,要实现全社会效率跃迁的规则体系需要劳动与资本关系的和谐。构建和谐的劳资关系要形成劳动者能力的平等,要优化资本与劳动的比率,通过调整收入分配格局改变劳动与资本收益不平衡状态。
The system of rule for the realization of efficiency improvement of whole society demands for harmony of labor-capital relationship, which is basic factor of the construction of harmonious society. Harmonious labor-capital relationship will be realized by making fair capability of laborers, optimizing ratio of labor-capital and adjusting revenue distribution pattern to change imbalance of labor-capital profit.
