At present, China is in the key period of the institutional transition phase and the social transformation as well as the high occurrence period of variety of social problems and contradiction. Thus, it is the premise of perfect solution to these problems, of the realization of building a well-off society in an all-round way and of the construction of socialist harmonious society by seriously analyzing problems of social stability in western rural areas and correctly holding the origin of problems.
