摘要
开架式气化器(Open Rack Vaporizers,简称ORV)是LNG接收站中的关键设备,它以海水为热源气化LNG。ORV对海水的含沙量有一定的要求,文章针对江苏LNG接收站中开架式气化器在高含沙海水工况下的使用情况,根据海水中含沙量和粒径分布特点,分析了海水过滤的可行性,同时在对ORV表面Al-Zn金属涂层的磨损特性进行分析的基础上,推算了海水过滤前后Al-Zn合金涂层的使用寿命。
Open rack vaporizer(ORV) is the key equipment at LNG station. It takes sea water as heat resource to gasify liquid state LNG and demands a certain limit of sand concentration of sea water. Aimed at the application of open rack vaporizer in highly sandy sea water condition at Jiangshu LNG Station, this paper analyses the feasibility of sea water filtration on the basis of the distributing features of sand concentration and granula diameters in sea water. At the same time, based on analyzing the abrasion characteristics of Al-Zn metal coating on the ORV surface, the service lives of Al-Zn metal coating before and after sea water filtration are calculated.
