摘要
目的:从鸡后鳃体分离纯化降钙素并对其性质进行研究。方法:采用丙酮及正丁醇醋酸水(75∶7.5∶21)对后鳃体进行提取,提取物再进行CM-52柱层析进行分离纯化。结果:提取物经高效液相色谱分析、酶免测定及大鼠血清钙降低实验表明为鸡降钙素。结论:获得了具有一定纯度。
OBJECTIVE: To isolate and characterize calcitonin from chicken ultimobranchial glands. METHODS: Chicken ultimobranchial glands were extracted by acetone and butanol acetic acid water (75∶7.5∶21). The extracts were purified by CM-52 column chromotography. RESULTS: The results of HPLC, EIA and rats hypercalcemic assay showed that the extracts are calcitonin.CONCLUSION: The chicken calcitonin, which has been partly purified and has biological activity, was obtained.
