盐酸乌苏里藜芦碱对麻醉犬血流动力学的研究

Effects of Vera U on hemodynamics in anesthetized dogs

目的：探讨辽宁千山产的乌苏里藜芦生物碱对麻醉犬的多项血流动力学参数的影响。方法：用ＭＦＶ－１２００型电磁流量计及ＲＭ－６０００型八道生理记录仪分别测定对照组及ＶｅｒａＵ（ｉｖ１μｇ·ｋｇ－１）和ＶｅｒａＵ（ｉｖ３μｇ·ｋｇ－１）组麻醉犬的多项血流动力学参数。结果：１μｇ·ｋｇ－１，３μｇ·ｋｇ－１的盐酸乌苏里藜芦碱可使受试动物的血压、左室内压、左室内压变化速率、左室作功指数、心肌耗氧指数发生显著降低（Ｐ＜０．０１），使ＣＯ明显减少（Ｐ＜０．０５）。结论：实验结果提示，盐酸藜芦碱的降压作用主要是通过扩张血管、降低心脏负荷来实现的。

OBJECTIVE: To study the effect of Vera U, an extracted alkaloids of Veratrum nigrum var. ussuriense, on hemodynamics in anesthetized dogs. METHODS: MFV-1200 electromagnetic flowmeter and RM-6000 physiologic instrument were used to determine hemodynamic parameters of anesthetized dogs among NS, Vera U (iv 1 μg·kg -1 ) and Vera U (iv 3 μg·kg -1 ) groups. RESULTS: Vera U (1 μg·kg -1 and 3 μg·kg -1 , iv) decreased LVP by 27.0% and 48.8% respectively, whereas dp/dt max was reduced by 22.2% and 43.1%. CO was decreased by 26.1% and 42.9%. MBP was lowered maximally by 25.3% and 51.6%. In addition, LVWI and MVO 2 I were also decreased (P<0.01). TPVR (3 μg·kg -1 , iv)reduced by about 15%. These effects were shown dose dependently. CONCLUSION: The results suggested that Vera U iv decreased cardiac contractility, reduced CO, and decreased TPVR. The effects may be partly mechamism of the hypotensive action of Vera U.
