摘要
开展环境经济损益分析,将环境影响货币化是环评工作难点之一。结合矿区环评实例,探讨了指数计算法在矿区环境经济损益分析中的应用。结果表明该方法客观全面,简单实用,可较好地应用于矿区环评的环境经济损益分析并对相关建设项目的环境经济损益分析具有借鉴意义。
It is one of the difficulties in environmental evaluation to cart3, out environmental economic cost-benefit analysis and monetize environmental impact. The paper discussed the application of index computing method in mining area environmental economic cost-benefit analysis based on one specific example. The result showed that the method, which was objective, comprehensive, simple and practical, could be. well applied in environmental ecomomic cost-benefit analysis in mining area environmental evaluation and referred by relative projects.
