摘要
基于灰色系统理论提出一个新的灰色位关联度的概念,用以反映比较序列之间在空间相对距离以及几何形状上的接近程度,是一个表征序列之间联系的量化指标。基于灰色位关联度,建立了一个电站辅机状态评价的灰色模型。通过计算被评估设备的状态参数序列与额定状态参数序列之间的灰色位关联度,评价设备实际状态相对额定状态的近似程度,从而实现对电站辅机状态的定量评价。以给水泵为例的计算结果表明,该模型可用于设备状态定量评估,为检修决策提供依据。
Based on the grey system theorety, a new grey space relationship concept is proposed, which reflects the relative spacial distance and the geometrical similarity between two comparable sequences. It is a quantified index, denoting relationship between sequences. Based on grey space relationship, a grey model, for condition evaluation of auxiliary equipment in power plant, is built. Herewith the degree of concordance of the equipment' s actual state with the rated state is evaluated, by calculating the grey space relationship between the state parameter sequence of the equipment to be evaluated and its rated parameter sequence. Thus, quantified evaluation of auxiliary power plant equipment is realized. Calculation results of a feed water pump, taken as an example, show that the model can be used for correct quantified state evaluation of equipment and thus serve as a tool for making maintenance decisions.
