摘要
建造了小型动力学反应实验台,并用模拟烟气在该实验台上研究了燃煤烟气中汞氧化的动力学机理。根据实验数据建立了燃煤烟气中汞形态转化的动力学模型,得到了有氯化氢存在情况下烟气中汞均相氧化的总反应速率方程和总反应速率常数。研究结果为开发烟气中汞的控制技术提供了有用的数据。
A bench scale test rig for studying reaction kinetics has been set up, with which the kinetic mechanism of oxidation of mercury in flue gas, from coal combustion, has been investigated by using simulated flue gas. Based on experimental data, a kinetic model of the morphological transformation of mercury in coal combustion flue gas is established. Herewith an equation of general homogeneous oxidation rate of vaporized mercury in flue gas, in presence of hydrochlorides, as well as an expression for calculating the relevant reaction constant is derived. The research work has provided useful data for the further development of technologies concerning ways of keeping the mercury content in flue gas under control.
