基于CAE的盘式制动器钳体零件的加工质量分析

摘要 利用CAE分析技术,将盘式制动器钳体零件三维模型导入ANSYS环境中,分析了各种工艺参数、定位装夹条件对被加工零件的尺寸精度、位置精度等加工质量的影响,使得过去只能在试生产过程中才能暴露出来的工艺缺陷在工艺过程设计阶段就被及早发现和解决,优化了工艺参数和工艺条件。 On the basis of analyzing the problem existed in the process plan of the company, the 3D model of the clamp body part was introduced into the ANSYS. h was analyzed that the dimensional tolerances & geometrical tolerances were affected by variety processing parameters, locating & chucking conditions. And the processing parameters and conditions were optimized, so that the problems that only could be observed during test cutting can be discovered and solved in the phase of process planning, the productivity was increased and the cost was reduced.
