摘要
通过对盘式永磁电动机三维磁场的计算,得出了盘式永磁电动机三维磁密分布。利用Maxwell应力张量法对气隙轴向电磁力进行计算,并对力密度进行谐波分析,用数值方法找到了产生轴向电磁力谐波的规律。电动机模态分析是确定电动机定子在轴向电磁力作用下是否发生共振的重要手段。文中用三维有限元法计算了5kW盘式永磁电动机的前10阶模态。为定子振动模态阶数与声辐射系数关系的研究及振动和噪声值的预估奠定了基础。最后,通过盘式永磁电动机噪声和振动的实验研究,验证了轴向电磁力波频率与振动模态频率的关系。
Distribution of 3-D magnetic density of axial flux permanent magnet motor is obtained by caleulation of 3-D magnetic field in this paper'. The axial electromagnetic force in the air gap is calculated by means of the Maxwell stress tensor method, and the harmonic wave of the force density is analyzed. The principle resulting in axial electromagnetic force in axial flux permanent magnet motor is deduced by numerical algorithm. Modal analysis of an electrical motor is an important method to determine whether the resonance of the stator ean ,be induced under axial electromagnetic forces. The first ten vibration modes of 5kW axial flux permanent magnet motor are calculated by 3-D finite element method. It establisbes fundamental for research on relatinnship between vibration modal orders and sound radiation ratio and predietion of level of vibration and noise. In the last, through experimental investigation of axial flux permanent magnet motor,the relalionship between axial electromagnetic force and vibration modal frequencies is examined.
