摘要
取40例临床正常的人牙龈组织,按年龄不同分为2~16岁、17~60岁、61~65岁三组,对每组肥大细胞进行光镜与电镜观察.结果发现:随着年龄增长,肥大细胞数量表现为由少到多,又由多到少的变化;Alcian蓝-藏红组化染色后,三组均以蓝染的肥大细胞为主,呈红蓝混合色的肥大细胞亦随年龄增长出现由少到多,又由多到少的变化;临界电解质浓度的测定结果显示,三组均较高,但随年龄增长仍有增高趋势;电镜下多数肥大细胞渐增大,核异染色质增多,颗粒增多,且逐渐形成有一定构型的颗粒结构.以上结果提示,不同年龄组的牙龈肥大细胞在数量、颗粒的组化性质及超微结构方面均发生了改变,表明同一组织的肥大细胞在不同年龄组表型不同,呈现出异质性.
40 human gingivas were divided into three groups(2-16 years, 17-60 years, 61-65 years) according to their ages. Each group was studied by light and electron microscopy. It was found that with age the mast cells increased in number and then decreased. Stained by Alcian blue-safranin, the granules of the mast cells were predominantly blue, and with age the reddish blue mast cells also increased in number and then decreased. Critical electrolyte concentration (CEC) of mast cells in each group was higher, but it increased gradually with age. Under electron microscope most mast cells enlarged gradually, with the chromosomes and the granules increased. And the granules gradually changed into those with some structure. It was concluded that changes occurred in quantity, histo-chemistry and ultrastructure of mast cells of different ages, which suggested that the mast cells in the same tissue of different ages was of various phenotype and showed heterogeneity.
