摘要
用昆明种雄性小鼠18只,其中老年小鼠(18～22个月)12只,随机均分成实验组和老年对照组,共余6只(4～5个月)为青年对照组.以中药方剂左归饮加减的水煎液供实验组小鼠自由饮用.75天后,取睾丸进行组织学和组织化学研究,发现实验组小鼠曲精小管增粗,生精过程活跃,3β-羟基甾体脱氢酶反应增强,增殖型精原细胞增多.结果表明:以左归饮为主的方药有改善睾丸功能活动的作用.
18 mice of Kunming species were used in the study. 12 old mice (18 month^22 month) were divided into two experimental groups, and 6 young mice (4 month-5 month) served as contral group. The experimental groups were given Zougui yin, a tranditional Chinese medicinal prescription. After 75 days, the testes of each group were examined with histological and histochemical methods. The results showed that the seminiferous tubules were thickened, spermatogenesis became more active, and 3β-HSDH reaction was enhanced (P<0. 01). The results revealed that the prescription of modified Zougui yin had anti-aging effect on aging mice.
