摘要
用凝集素亲和细胞化学ABC法比较分析了63例7~38周人胚胎升结肠和降结肠粘膜凝集素受体的定位分布.发现升结肠粘膜能表达刀豆素A受体和大豆素受体,降结肠粘膜能表达刀豆素体、大豆素受体和荆豆素-1受体,且升结肠和降结肠的刀豆素A受体和大豆素受体存在量的差异,两段结肠粘膜均不表达麦胚凝集素受体.表明:在胚胎发育过程中,升结肠和降结肠粘膜的糖复合物既有一定的相似性,也存在质和量的差异.
A comparative study on the lectin receptors in the mucosal epithelium of the ascending and descending colon in human embryos aged from 7 to 38 weeks was carried out by affinity cytochemical ABC method with biotinglated concanavalin A(ConA), soybean agglutinin(SBA), ulex eurolpaeus ag-glutinin-1(UEA-1) and wheat germ agglutinin(WGA). The results showed that SBA receptors and ConA receptors were located in the mucosal epithelium of the ascending and descending colon, and UEA-1 receptors in the mucosal epithelium of the descending colon. SBA receptors and ConA receptors of the ascending colon were quantitatively different from those of the descending colon. WGA receptors failed to be present in the ascending and descending colon. The results suggested that the glycoconju-gates of the ascending colon were similar to those of the descending colon to a certain extent, and there were qualitative and quantitative differences between the glycoconjugates of the ascending colon and the glycoconjugates of the descending colon.
