摘要
作者自1983年～1995年共收治23例寰枢关节旋转半脱位的患者,均经牵引复位,随访6个月～12年,平均5年3个月,稳定性好,无复发。本文就寰枢关节的解剖及发病机理进行了探讨,提出了本病诊断标准。
From 1983 to 1995, 23 cases of atlantoaxial rotary subluxation were treated. The follow-up period ranged from 6 months to 12 years, with an averge of 5 years and 3 months. The atlantoaxial stability was good and no case was recurrence. The anatomy of atlantoaxial joint and pathogenic mechanism were discussed. The diagnostic standard of this disease was put forward.
