一国矿产资源法律法规的制定,对他国在该国进行矿业投资影响颇深。文章在分析蒙古国2006年新修订的《矿产法》对我国矿业投资有利和不利影响的基础上,认为应该了解其法律法规,熟知其矿业政策,加强国家引导,进行合作开发,同时要注重保护生态环境和投资当地公益事业,达到互利共赢之目的。

On the premise of analysis of the favorable and unfavorable influences of 'Mongolia's Mineral Law' revised in 2006 on mining investment of China,the paper points out that if we want to invest in Mongolia mining industry,we should keep abreast of its laws and regulations,and mining policies;strengthen government guide and cooperative exploitation;pay more attention to preserving the ecological environment;invest in local non-profit undertakings so as to reach mutual benefit and win-win progress.
