Achenbach青少年行为自评量表的信度和效度研究

Reliability and validity of the Youth Self Report of Achenbach′s Behavior Checklist

以１４７３名１２－１８岁青少年学生和８０例精神障碍患者为测试对象，探讨了Ａｃｈｅｎ┐ｂａｃｈ青少年行为自评量表（ＹＳＲ）的信度和效度。结果显示ＹＳＲ的内部一致性Ｃｒｏｎｂａｃｈα系数＞０．９２，分半信度系数＞０．９３，１周后重测相关系数男女生分别为０．８００５和０．７４８６。病例组ＹＳＲ总均分显著高于青少年学生。分别以各因子９８百分位数和ＹＳＲ总分９０百分位数为界值，正确分类率分别为９０％和８９％。提示ＹＳＲ有较好的信度和效度，加之简单易行，是我国青少年行为问题自我评定的有效测量工具。

In order to test the reliability and validity of the Youth Self Report(YSR)of Achenbach′s behavior checklist for Chinese adolescents,we administrated the YSR to 1473 middle and high school students aged12 18,and 80 patients with mental disorders.Results showed the YSR had good internal consistence(>0 92 for Cronbach′s a coefficient,>0 93 for half split reliability),test retest reliability(r=0 8 for males,0 75 for females).The patient group rated higher significantly in both total YSR score and every factor score than student group. Using the 90th percentile of the total score and 98th percentile for each factor as cut off point,we found the overall correct classification rates were 90% and 89% respectively.The good psychological metric properties of YSR suggest its applicability for Chinese adolescents both in psychiatric clinical practice and research.
