摘要 对以催化精馏、膜分离、萃取精馏、吸附分离、吸收分离和组合工艺为代表的新分离单元技术和以DJ系列塔板、微分浮阀塔板、系列斜孔塔板、分凝分馏器、分凝分馏塔、热集成精馏系统和分壁式精馏塔为代表的新分离设备的应用进行了综述。指出应用这些新分离单元技术和分离设备可提高乙烯装置的技术水平,节省投资,降低能耗,增强产品竞争力。 New separation unit technology and separation equipments used in ethylene separation process were under survey. The new separation unit technologies include catalytic distillation, membrane separation, extractive distillation, adsorption separation, absorption separation and combination technology. The new separation equipments include DJ series tray, differential valve tray, slant hole tray, dephlegmator, condensing fractionation tower, heat integrated rectifier system and divided wall column. Adoption of these new separation unit technology and separation equipments can upgrade technological level of ethylene facilities, save investment, reduce energy consumption and as result will strengthen competitiveness of the product.
