摘要
依照国家和上海市有关安全卫生优质蔬菜生产的标准,结合进口国对进口甘蓝(Brassica oleracea L.var.capitata L.)产品的质量要求,在科学研究与基地生产实践的基础上,对上海市出口甘蓝的生产基地选择、病虫害防治等方面,提出了符合出口甘蓝质量标准的具体要求;筛选出适合本地高产优质栽培的优良品种;总结了甘蓝最佳的育苗模式和栽培模式;规范和制定了采后处理的操作要求和技术指标。
According to the national and Shanghai local rules of producing safe, healthy and highquality vegetables and the importers" requirements for cabbage product quality, and based on investi- gations and base production practices, specific requirements for quality levels of export cabbage were set forth in such aspects as production base selection and pest and disease control. The high-yielding and high-quality varieties adaptable to local culture were selected. The optimal seedling-raising and cultural methods were summarized. The operation requirements and technical standards of post-harvest processing were also formulated
