The operation of pericardial devascularization for the patient with portal hypertension

目的总结贲门周围血管离断术治疗门脉高压症的疗效。方法采用贲门周围血管离断、胃小弯浆膜化治疗门脉高压症。结果26例门脉高压症患者术中（择期手术17例、急诊手术9例）无1例死亡，术后随访1～5年，无1例再出血。结论贲门周围血管离断术是基层医院治疗门脉高压症的一种操作简单、近期及远期疗效满意的手术方法。

Objective To summarize the effect of the pericardial devascularization for the patient with portal hypertension. Methods The cases were underwent the operation of pericardial devascularization. Results There were 26 cases in the operation totally, 9 cases were in emergency operation, 17 cases were in time selecting operation, No short - term bleeding occurred. No complication occurred. No case died in the therapy group. During a follow - up of 1 to 5 years, no re - bleeding case was found. Conclusion The operation of pericardial devascularization is an effective treatment in public hospital.
