结合学校实践介绍了如何采用教育网、电信网、联通网实现三出口方案，以解决校园网用户访问国内各ISP运营商网络的瓶颈问题。并指出此方案增加了网络的稳定性，提高了网络的带宽，有效减少了教育网的国际流量，降低了网络运行费用。

By relating the actual practice of the university, the paper introduces the three-exit scheme with the education network, China Telecommunications network and China Unicom network to break the bottleneck problem of campus intranet users′ visiting national ISP-operated networks. It points out that this scheme has increased network stability, effectively reduced international flow of the education network, and lowered the cost of network operation.
