建设信息化条件下多学科通用的临床教学试题库系统，对提高临床教学质量有着非常重要的意义。文章详细阐述了系统的理论基础、目标原则以及具体模块的设计思路与功能实现。为实现教考分离，提高教学质量及整合临床各学科试题库提供了良好的信息化平台。

Constructing an informationalized test question database of general use for various clinical disciplines can significantly upgrade clinical medicine teaching. In this paper, we make a detailed analysis of the theoretical basis, target principle as well as design considerations and function realization of specific modules. This database may turn out to be a good information platform for the actualization of testing-teaching separation, improvement of teaching quality, and integration of test questions from different clinical disciplines.
