巷道锚带支护结构效应及钢带参数数值模拟研究 被引量:9

摘要 为了阐述了锚杆钢带的支护机理,详细分析了锚梁和钢带与围岩的相互作用关系,阐述了钢带锚杆对控制围岩变形的作用;运用岩土工程软件FLAC2D对钢带锚杆支护进行了数值模拟计算,并对钢带支护各个参数进行了研究。模拟研究结果表明,巷道钢带锚杆支护能有效控制围岩变形,钢带各个参数对支护效果有着非常明显的影响。根据工程实际选择合适的钢带与锚杆进行匹配,并进行合理的安装布置,以充分发挥钢带锚杆的支护效果。 In order to expound the mechanism of steel-band bolting support, the interaction of steel-band and surrounding rock is particularly analyzed. By numerical simulation in using of soil and rock engineering software FLAC^2D, the supporting process and some parameters that affecting the supporting effect are analyzed. The research results show that the steel-band bolting supporting can control the surrounding rock deformation effectively; the steel-band's parameters have remarkable functions to the support effect. Therefore the practical project should adjust measures to local conditions, Choice of steel-band must match the bolt's parameters, in order to exert the function of steel-band, and it must be installed reasonable.
