人胚胎透明带与辅助孵化的研究进展 被引量：6

摘要 透明带(zona pellucida,ZP)是包绕在卵母细胞和着床前胚胎外的一层糖蛋白基质,由卵母细胞和颗粒细胞共同分泌,在受精和早期胚胎发育过程中起着重要的作用。辅助孵出(assisted hatching,AH)是帮助体外培养的胚胎从透明带中孵出的技术。体外受精?胚胎移植(IVF-ET)中种植率低一直是困扰人们的一个问题。有研究发现,胚胎从透明带中孵出困难是影响种植率的一个重要因素。本文就近几年透明带与辅助孵化的研究进展情况作一综述。
