精索静脉曲张患者精子染色质结构分析及活力测定

摘要 目的探讨精索静脉曲张对精子染色质结构及运动能力的影响。方法对精索静脉曲组(n=74)和对照组(n=89)进行精子染色质结构分析(SCSA)和精液常规分析。结果与对照组相比精子密度、a+b级精子率和精子存活率显著下降,运动速度(vcl、vsl、vap)明显减慢且摆动性(mad)显著增加,精子染色质结构分析compαt值明显增高。结论精索静脉曲张引起精子DNA损伤和精子运动能力的改变,是导致男性不育的主要原因之一。 Objective: To study the influence of varicocele to sperm viability and sperm chromatin structure. Methods: Sperm were determined in the varicocele group (n =74) and control group ( n =89) by routine sperm analysis and sperm chromatin structure assay (SCSA). Results: In the varicocele group sperm concentration, a + b grade sperm rate and the viability were lower evidencely than control group. The velocity (vcl, vsl, vap) were slower.and the swing angle was bigger than contral group obviously. The comp α t of SCSA was higher evidencely than control group. Conclusion : The varicocele induced the sperm DNA damaged and the sperm motility changed. These are one of the primary reason on male sterility.
