菏泽地区2000年-2005年新生儿先天性甲状腺功能低下症筛查结果分析

目的探讨菏泽地区新生儿先天性甲状腺功能低下症(CH)筛查情况,分析其发病率,为早诊断、早治疗,降低残疾儿童的发生率提供科学依据。方法应用荧光分析法测定促甲状腺激素(TSH)浓度,对CH进行筛查。结果2000年11月至2005年12月,菏泽地区共筛查了329 952人,其中CH121例,发病率为1/2519。结论菏泽地区CH发病率明显高于国际、国内发病率。因此,开展新生儿疾病筛查工作可提高儿童保健水平。

Objective： To explore the incidence and newborns screening of congenital hypothy midisrm （ CH）, To Anatse rate To provide the incidence of raducing disabled children. Methods： For CH to detect serum thyroid stimll lating hormone （TSH） levels by time - resolved fluorometry. Results： To screened newborns 329952 from November 2000 year to December 2005 year, diagosed 121, rate of CH 1/2519. Conclusion： Rate of CH HeZe had difference compared with that in world wide and China. Neonatal diseases screening word and treatment would be favorable.
