RP-HPLC测定风寒感冒片中葛根素的含量

Determination of kakkonein in Fenghan Ganmao tablets by RP-HPLC

目的建立测定风寒感冒片中葛根素含量的方法。方法采用RP-HPLC法，色谱柱为SHIMADZU VP-C18（150mm×4．6mm，5μm）；流动相为甲醇-水（25：75，H3PO4调pH2．5）；流速为1ml·min^-1；检测波长250nm。结果线性范围为0．084～1．050μg（r=0．9997），平均回收率为99．52％，RSD=1．65％（n=3）。结论所用方法专属性强、重复性好，可测定风寒感冒片中葛根素的含量。

OBJECTIVE To establish a method for determining kakkonein in Fenghan Ganmao tablets. METHODS An RP - HPLC method was adopted. The separation was performed on a C18 column（ 150 mm×4.6 mm,5 μm）. The mobile phase consisted of methanol - water （ H3 PO4 adjusted pH to 2. 5 ） （ 25 ： 75 ） with a flow rate of 1 ml·min^-1. The detection wavelength was 250 nm, RESULTS A good linearity was obtained within the range of 0. 084 to 1. 050 μg （ r = 0. 9997 ）. The average recovery was 99. 52% with the RSD of 1.65% （n = 3 ）. CONCLUSION This method is exclusive, reproducible, and can be applied to determine kakkonein in Fenghan Ganmao tablets.
